- Anne Johnson, Associate Vice President, Operations Services
- Anne Johnson is the Associate Vice President of Operations Services for franchise and corporate locations. Her team is focused on developing and implementing solutions that bring the brand experience to life in our stores which in turn drive customer loyalty and retention. Anne offers a perspective on the business based on 24 years in the optical industry.

Operations Services includes the following teams; Operations Effectiveness (develops policies & procedures, point of sale solutions, labor scheduling strategies, associate and franchise engagement initiatives, and strategic communications), Customer Experience (develop new programs based on the voice of the customer), and Pearle Lab Services.
Anne received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University, Oxford Ohio and MBA in Marketing, Xavier University, Cincinnati Ohio. Anne is active in local school and sports program and volunteers for OneSight.
- Bill Vaughan, Vice President, Franchising – North America
- Bill Vaughan is the Vice President of Franchising for Pearle Vision. He has more than 20 years of franchise operations, general management and development experience at Pearle Vision and companies like Domino’s Pizza and AlphaGraphics. He currently leads all franchise expansion and development strategies for North America. Bill's focus is on making Pearle Vision a different and better optical brand. He loves seeing franchisees fulfill their dreams and sums up the experience by saying “It’s easier than you think to own the full patient experience. In fact, as a Pearle franchisee, you’ll gain access to turnkey marketing, Luxottica buying power, and world-class business support. Why not spend more time with your patients and less effort managing the practice. It's time to rethink the practice of optometry!"
Bill is actively involved in the International Franchise Association as a subject matter expert and lecturer. He is also a member of the Canadian Franchise Association. Bill is equally passionate about giving back to local and global communities. He has participated in a multitude of OneSight vision clinics in the U.S. and in countries like Thailand, Laos, Honduras, and Gambia West Africa. Recently, Bill has also volunteered his time to the Dragonfly Foundation, a charity focused on providing “comfort and care” for children with cancer and blood diseases.
He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and has attended Eastern Michigan University for graduate studies in land planning and development.
- Kevin M. Boyle, Senior Director, Product, Planning, & Supply Chain
- Kevin Boyle leads the buying, planning and distribution processes for all commodities (frames, lenses, lab, contact lenses) for all corporate and franchise stores. Kevin's focus is based on 17 years of optical industry experience and keen insights on planning the best product assortment for optimal retail sales. Kevin states, "My goal is to continue to provide the best service levels for franchisees for all of their product needs in a cost effective and profitable manner."
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University, Oxford, OH. He also serves as Treasurer for the One Sight Research Foundation and a Volunteer for One Sight global and domestic clinics.
- Mark Jacquot, O.D., Vice President, Eye Care
- Dr. Mark Jacquot is the Vice President of Pearle Vision Eye Care. Dr. Jacquot is responsible for oversight of the brand's affiliations with optometrists and the operation of Pearle's optometric offices. The brand directly operates 82 optometric offices in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and provides practice management advice and support to over 700 independent Pearle affiliated optometrists who sublease, license or franchise offices.
Dr. Jacquot joined Luxottica in 1991 as a practicing optometrist within Chicago. He has served in several roles since then, including Associate Vice President of LensCrafters Optometric Relations and Regional Vice President of Operations for LensCrafters. In his current position as Vice President of Eye Care for Pearle Vision, Dr. Jacquot is a senior member of the Luxottica Retail Eye Care Team, and leads the Eye Care Team for Pearle U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Dr. Jacquot is a 1987 graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois.
He also serves as Vice President of the OneSight Research Foundation and is on the OneSight Board of Directors. He has participated in four international OneSight optical missions, and is a member of the American Optometric Association.
- Seth McLaughlin, Executive Vice President & General Manager
- Seth McLaughlin is the Executive Vice President and General Manager. Seth leads all aspects of the Pearle business including the corporate stores and franchise network. Seth draws upon his 16 years of optical experience in stating "Our mission is to ensure that Pearle Vision is the leader and the best franchising partner in the optical retail franchise category."
Prior to his General Manager role, Seth was the Senior Vice President in charge of Marketing at Luxottica Retail. He held this position for many years as the position expanded to include LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sunglass Hut, Sears Optical, and Target Optical.
Before joining Luxottica, Seth worked for the Boston Consulting Group in Chicago, where he managed strategy consulting projects for large companies.
Seth started his career at Proctor & Gamble in Cincinnati. At P&G, Seth worked on a variety of brands and was the Brand Manager for Pringles.
Seth is a graduate of Iowa State University and is involved in community, local school and church activities.
- Tammy Reaves, Vice President, Corporate & Franchise Operations
- Tammy Reaves is the Vice President of Corporate & Franchise Operations for Pearle Vision. She has been a leader in the Optical Industry for 15 years. Tammy strives for operational excellence and states, "We are driven to create successful business owners at Pearle. We provide support, training and development to our franchisees to be successful. We continually challenge our thinking to meet consumer needs and grow our brand to be the best place for eye care needs. I invite you to become a franchise partner and join our next 50 years of success."
Tammy is a graduate of McConnell Travel School and is involved in One Sight and community organizations including the Angel Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and Dress for Success.
- Wendy Hauteman, Associate Vice President, Marketing
- Wendy Hauteman is the Associate Vice President of Marketing for Pearle Vision. Wendy leads the marketing and brand building efforts for both corporate and franchise locations. This includes finding the most effective and efficient vehicles to promote our brand on both a national and local level.
Wendy and her team focus on driving awareness, establishing a positive perception of the brand and gaining new and repeat customers. Pearle Vision sets the industry standard for digital media efforts including a comprehensive consumer facing website at www.pearlevision.com, Facebook, Twitter and other social media engagement efforts online.
Wendy brings 11 years of experience in retail optical and managed vision care in addition to previous career experience in consumer product marketing.
Wendy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from Purdue University and an MBA from Xavier University. She serves as a guest lecturer in Retail Marketing at the University of Cincinnati and is involved in Families through International Adoption and OneSight.
